چکیده

The performance of the construction industry can be improved by understanding factors that affect productivity its equipment. A hypothetical framework was used to analyze six vital equipment parameters understand how they in projects. Data collected through a survey 110 respondents were analyzed using an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). final model obtained SEM consisted 31 attributes from factors, namely management (MG), materials (MT), human (HM), technical (TN), environmental (EM), other (OT). Construction found significantly influenced MT OT This mainly because their corresponding subfactors, such as operating life age, occurrence accidents during construction. Consequently, based on feedback various professionals, present gaps analyzed, recommendations made overcome main limiting under OT. study identified quantified interrelationships between constraints. Therefore, results help experts specialists better comprehend delays due idle time improve productivity.
